This sampler includes 5 recipes:
1. Cheeseburger
Make a whopper of a vegan burger!   Using prepared vegan veggie burgers, you really can make a batch of mouthwatering vegan burgers at home.  And you can do it in the same amount of time you would wait in the drive through line. Although many fast food chains are adding vegan burgers to their menus, they have yet to introduce any with vegan cheese and mayonnaise, and many buns are not vegan.   With this fully loaded cheeseburger, you won’t need to skimp if you’d like to double it up!
Vegan Transition Ingredients:  Vegan burger patties, vegan cheddar slices, vegan mayonnaise
2.  Fish Hoagies with Coleslaw
No fishing! 😉  The odds of finding a vegan fish sandwich of any kind are against you, but we've got one for you. Recipes for 2 vegan coleslaws are included – one oil and vinegar-based and one creamy.  Serve with oven roasted or deep-fried French fries if desired.
Vegan Transition Ingredients:  Vegan fish fillets, vegan mayonnaise, vegan tartar sauce (optional), vegan coleslaw dressing (optional), vegan sugar
3.    BBQ Chicken Sandwich
Healthy Option - BBQ Chicken Sandwich!   Using prepared vegan chicken fillets, you can make healthy BBQ chicken sandwiches at home.  Grill the fillets in a pan (on a grill or bake them in the oven) and serve on a whole grain bun with lettuce and tomato slices or other veggies for a lower calorie option.  Yum!
Vegan Transition Ingredients:  Vegan chicken fillets
4.    Chili Cheese Dogs
Chili Cheese Dogs – No Missing Out!  Satisfy your hot dog craving with these fully loaded chili cheese dogs featuring warm homemade chili and cheddar cheese served in a soft bun.   Grill the hot dogs on an outside grill for extra flavor or heat them quickly in the microwave.  The chili is a simple hands-off recipe that simmers for an hour.  Use spicy tomatoes and hot canned chilis to crank the chili’s heat level up if desired.  Soooo filling and so good!
Vegan Transition Ingredients:  Vegan hot dogs, vegan veggie burger, vegan cheddar
5.  Easy Glazed Doughnuts
Fresh Hot Doughnuts!    Since most doughnuts contain one or more non-vegan ingredients (such as eggs, milk, yogurt, whey, butter), it can be difficult to find vegan doughnuts unless you have a bakery nearby that makes them.  With this seriously simple recipe, you can easily make them yourself without needing to head out the door.  And you get to eat them while they are fresh and warm!
Vegan Transition Ingredients:  Vegan butter, non-dairy milk

~ Extras! ~
